Second Grade Family Histories

This week, the second grade presented their family history projects. The students talked about their family genealogy, told stories about specific ancestors, and even spoke about family pets! Many brought in artifacts and pictures as well as recipes and music. This was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about their family history, to share their stories with others, and to practice presenting in front of an audience.
